Terms & Conditions
A. The merchandise is fully insured under Verstolo’s insurance policy, including any shipping to and/or from the customers’ desired location.
B. Customer will maintain the Product(s) in good repair and the customer shall not make any alterations, repairs or attachments to any Product(s).
C. Merchandise must be attended at all times by the customer and/or a responsible adult who is personally known to the customer unless the merchandise is contained in a locked safe.
D. If merchandise is within any private dwelling, the dwelling must be attended by a responsible person therein, unless the merchandise is contained in a locked safe or dwelling is alarmed.
E. If the customer fails to comply with the foregoing subjectivities, the customer will be fully responsible for all losses of or damage to the merchandise.
F. Title to all Products rented to Customer shall at all times remain with Verstolo and Customer acknowledges and agrees that Customer shall have no right, title, or interest in such Product.
G. This transaction is a rental and not a sale.
H. A 50% deposit is required to reserve items for a particular weekend or event.
I. Deposit is fully refundable if reservation is cancelled more than 30 days prior to the event date. There will be no refund issued if customer cancels within 30 days to their event.
J. The pickup and return date can be subject to change by speaking with a Verstolo representative prior to the event date. If Customer cannot pickup or return the item in person within 2 days after the event date, shipping will be arranged.
K. A $200 per day late fee will be assessed if item is not returned by the discussed return date.
L. A reservation does not protect against a sale. If a reserved item is sold prior to your event, a replacement item will be offered (with price adjustment) or money fully refunded.
M. Third-Party Handling Clause: If any individuals other than the renter (the signatory of this agreement) are involved in the handling, transportation, or use of the rented jewelry, they must also adhere to all terms and conditions outlined in this contract. Regardless of who physically handles the items, the person signing this agreement assumes full responsibility for the jewelry and is liable for any loss, damage, or breach of contract.
N. As part of Verstolo’s Rent. Own. experience, 100% of your rental fee becomes credit eligible toward a future purchase from The Verstolo Reserve Collection, subject to program terms and conditions. Credit may be applied toward qualifying items priced at twice the value of your rental fee or more.
