While our main focus is natural diamonds, we sell lab grown diamonds per clients requests.

Yes, we’re happy to take a look and see if it’s a fit for our collection. We’ll review all options with you and discuss if it’s best for resale or to repurpose into a new piece of jewelry.

Absolutely. As 4th generation diamantaires, we’re happy to provide an appraisal for any jewelry or loose stones. In order to provide an accurate appraisal, we need to see the product in person along with any paperwork associated with the stone, if available.

Definitely! We are able to accommodate out-of-town clients with either Zoom or FaceTime appointments, please inquire for more details.

Verstolo insures every item while it is in your possession, so you can enjoy the jewelry worry-free with peace of mind. You do not need to take out any additional insurance, as any loss or problem that occurs will be covered under our policy. Of course, we still ask that you treat the jewelry as if it were your own while it is in your possession.

Once you’ve decided which item(s) you would like to rent, we require 50% of the rental price as a deposit to reserve them for the dates of your event. The other 50% is due 1-2 weeks before your event. If you are reserving less than 30 days prior to your event, full payment is required.

Our rental period is 5 days (Thursday – Monday), but we always try to accommodate for special circumstances. You can arrange to pick-up and drop-off your items in person or have them shipped to and from the destination of your choice (shipping is also fully insured).

Our jewelry is rented on a first come, first serve basis and we carry very few duplicate items. The earlier you reserve, the better chance you are able to pick your preferred pieces.

Yes! All of our rental items are available for purchase. If you fall in love with a piece you’ve rented, your rental fee will go toward the final purchasing price.

Of course! We have a large selection of wedding bands you can see in our showroom. Link to Wedding Band Page. We can also custom make any item of your choice.

We can appreciate that an expensive jewelry purchase is not always an option and we don’t want that to hinder you from experiencing the luxury of wearing the perfect jewelry for life’s biggest moments.

Each piece of jewelry is cleaned via our high-powered ultrasonic machine and then steamed to ensure removal of any bacteria and to provide maximum sparkle.

Lab-created diamonds are diamonds that are ‘grown’ in a lab using advanced technology that mimics the growing process of a diamond in the ground.

Lab-created and naturally mined diamonds are identical in appearance and composition. The brilliance is identical, the look is identical, the only difference is where the diamond originated. You can find more information about lab grown diamonds here.

No, there is no visible difference between natural and lab grown diamonds. The only way to truly see if a diamond is lab-created or earth-created is with a special machine. The difference cannot be detected with a standard jewelers’ loupe.

Better is not the right word as it really depends. Lab-created diamonds get graded in the same way that mined diamonds get graded, with the same 4 C’s. Lab-created offer a way to maximize your budget as they are less expensive than earth-created diamonds. They are able to provide up to 50% more size for the same budget. Earth-created diamonds are timeless, traditional and are nature’s works of art.

Yes! Just like with earth-created diamonds and jewelry we offer independent appraisals and laboratory certificates.

When you rent bridal diamond jewelry from Verstolo, your rental fee becomes an investment in your forever collection. As long as your rental is fully paid, you can activate your Rent. Own. credit at any time—even before your event. That credit can be used toward the purchase of eligible pieces from The Verstolo Reserve, our curated collection of timeless, everyday diamonds.

Your credit equals 100% of your rental fee (before tax and shipping). To confirm your credit amount or status, simply email us at info@verstolo.com.

Yes. Each piece is eligible for credit toward up to 50% of the item’s value, with a maximum of $2000 per piece. For example, if a necklace is $3,000, you can apply $1,500 in credit. If a piece is $6,000, you can apply the maximum $2,000.

Yes — as long as the total purchase meets the 2× threshold and all items are eligible under The Verstolo Reserve collection.

Yes. Credit is valid for 24 months from the date your rental order was paid in full. We’ll send you reminders so you can shop before it expires.

Yes — as long as your rental is fully paid, your credit is eligible for use right away. Important: Once you activate your credit, your rental fee becomes non-refundable.

Yes. Rent. Own. credit can only be applied toward The Verstolo Reserve collection. It cannot be used for custom engagement rings, wedding bands, fully custom pieces, future rentals, gift cards, services, or taxes.

No. Rent. Own. is designed to bridge your wedding-day rental with forever ownership. Credit is not valid toward future rentals.

No. Credit is non-transferable and must be used by the original client.
