Our process typically begins with a phone call to explain how we work and to better understand your vision, timeline, budget and preferences. From there, we will set up an in-person or virtual consultation to look at specific diamonds or gemstones that fall within your desired range.
2. Guide
We offer a curated selection of natural and/or lab-grown diamonds, guiding you through the nuances of each stone beyond the 4 C’s. Our experts will help you maximize value and ultimately support you in selecting the best option that fits your needs.
3. Custom Design
Each ring we create is a true one-of-a-kind, custom-designed entirely around the center stone you select. You will be involved in all aspects of thedesign process, including reviewing 3-D design renderings prior to production. This collaborative approach helps us eliminate potential design issues and ensures that your final ring is crafted to your exact specifications.
4. Deliver
Your ring will be handcrafted in NYC by our top jewelers and shipped directly to your door or you can choose to pick it up in our private showroom. Production typically requires 4-8 weeks, though we always strive to accommodate rush circumstances whenever possible.

Verstolo was a lifesaver for my wedding!!!! I had a destination wedding in Florida on 1/21/23 and initially planned on wearing a family members tennis bracelet so when I got into town and realized it was way too big for me, I remembered seeing Verstolo on betches brides and quickly made a virtual appointment for the WEDNESDAY before my wedding. Michael was amazing and he helped me pick out a tennis bracelet and the beautiful Madison earrings. They overnighted the jewelry to me that day to receive it on the Thursday before my wedding and it was PERFECT! The jewelry was absolutely gorgeous and I got so many compliments, it could not have been more perfect and it was worth every penny. They made the process so seamless to ship back too. I usually also have such a problem with earrings since my ears are so sensitive and the earrings worked out perfect for my ears without any issues. I seriously could not recommend them enough! I worked with Verstolo for my wedding jewelry and I could not recommend them enough! They have a ton of styles and give you the opportunity to go into the store and try them on. Additionally, they pick up and drop off process extremely easy. When I went in to pick up my earrings they even cleaned my wedding ring! Renting jewelry from Verstolo was one of the best things I did for my wedding day. I heard about them in 2021 through Betches and had to see for myself. I originally thought I only wanted to rent a bracelet, but after a few months went by I knew I needed to rent earrings as well. I went with the Ilana earrings and the Mila bracelet, and felt like a model in them! Lauren was fantastic and I was so grateful for her support and expertise. The whole process was effortless, from the original Zoom call, to confirmation of shipment, and finally shipping them back the day after my wedding. Verstolo helped me to look perfect on my wedding day without having to spend thousands of dollars. My MOH and I went to visit in the store and try on all of the pieces. This was such a fun experience and we were able to craft the perfect look. I rented two pairs of earrings (one for my rehearsal dinner which my MOH wore for the big day and one for my wedding look) and a bracelet. All of the styles are super unique and allow you to wear real diamonds on your big day. I absolutely loved how I looked for my wedding and was so sad to return them at the end of the weekend. Highly recommend working with Verstolo and I will definitely be renting or buying from them again!

My wedding was in two weeks and I still hadn't decided what earrings to wear. My Instagram algorithm must have sensed my despair because Verstolo popped up as I scrolled and I'm so glad it did! The Zoom appointment, earring selection and delivery/return were so easy and seamless. I got to wear a stunning pair of diamond earrings that would otherwise have been way outside my budget. The process was so seamless and the selection is incredible. I went in person to meet with Lauren and we talked through my wedding look vision. From there, she showed me all of the available inventory and we decided on two pairs: one for my ceremony and one for my reception.
About 4 weeks before my wedding, I had a wedding dress crisis and had to buy a completely new gown. This resulted in needed to swap my ceremony earrings! We hopped on a video call and chose my new pair within the day. Lauren knows her stuff when it comes to wedding looks, but also listens to the bride to make sure she's happy with her rental choice! I LOVED being able to rent and wear real diamond earrings for my wedding day. It made me feel like a princess the entire weekend. Verstolo was amazing to work with and super communicative. Shipping was super easy. I was sad to have to return the Ilana earrings, but would definitely rent from them again!

Renting my wedding jewelry from Verstolo was the best decision! I had a destination wedding and the process was so easy - they were shipped directly to the hotel with a prepaid shipping label to drop off after the wedding with clear instructions. Not to mention the jewels were to die for! I rented two pairs of earrings, one to wear for my rehearsal dinner and one to wear for the wedding day, and Lauren was so helpful picking out the styles that would go best with my looks. I loved Verstolo so much that I ended up getting my wedding band from them too - super fair pricing, high quality and easy to work with! I've recommended them to all my friends with upcoming weddings and will probably rent from them again in the future for other special occasions!

Verstolo has been absolutely incredible throughout the engagement and wedding process. First, my fiancé and I designed my dream ring with the help of Michael and Lauren and they were both so helpful and supportive throughout the process. When it came to getting our weddings bands, I knew I wanted to do it with Verstolo and the process was so easy and fun. I also used verstolo for my rental jewelry for the wedding weekend and to make a custom tennis bracelet for my sister for her MOH gift. I know we will be coming back to Verstolo for future jewelry needs and when celebrating future milestones.

Amazing experience from start to finish! This was easily both mine and my husband's favorite wedding appointment and completely worth it looking at the photos. I am not a jewlery wearer so it made a lot more sense to rent something special & comfortable to wear just on the day.

I recently rented the Brooke earrings for my wedding and it was a great experience! Lauren and team are super informative and provide you with everything that you need. My rental came free with my engagement ring purchase, which was such a cool perk. We also bought our wedding bands from Verstolo. They will be my go to jeweler!
A friend had recommended the Verstolo diamond rental program to me and I am so thankful she did! Your wedding day is no time to be wearing costume jewelry and it was amazing being able to have the opportunity to wear gorgeous real diamonds. The majority of photos that are taken of you on your wedding day, will capture your jewelry choices so I found it extremely worth it to rent real diamonds. Last minute, I decided I wanted to rent a bracelet in addition to the original earrings I selected and I am so happy I did. It added the extra little sparkle I needed. I would highly recommend the rental program to anyone for any occasion! Lauren was an absolute delight to work with and really picked up on my style and helped me choose pieces that were perfect for my bridal look. I learned about Verstolo from Betches Brides and funny enough I intended to go their primarily for wedding bands for my husband and I. Upon meeting Lauren virtually and again in person, she was so friendly, down to earth and knowledgeable. She showed genuine interest in our big day and all that we had planned and then used that information to show us wedding bands in our budget. Eventually we moved on to the rentals and I found the most perfect earrings to complete my look. I wasn't sold right away on the wedding bands, but after shopping around I found a design I liked elsewhere but wanted Verstolo to make it, and with such quick turn around in communication my wedding band was also ordered! My mother and I went into the showroom and met Lauren and had a chance to see and feel the beautiful jewelry. Lauren makes you feel at home and like she truly cares about your happiness and wants you to feel amazing in their jewelry. The entire experience was wonderful. 12/10 here.
