If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order for a full refund or exchange. Please note that custom personalized pieces are not eligible for return, as they are specially made to your specifications.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team for further instructions. Once we receive your returned item and verify its unused condition in the original packaging, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

Rent. Own. Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions
– Rental Fee: The total amount paid by Participant to rent jewelry from Verstolo.
– Verstolo Reserve Collection: A curated collection of Verstolo’s everyday fine-jewelry styles designated as
eligible for full credit.
– Credit: A dollar-for-dollar reduction applied toward the purchase price of new merchandise.

2. Eligibility
– Participant must have completed and fully paid for a jewelry rental.
– Participant must be at least 18 years old.
– Program is available only to U.S. residents.

3. Earning Credit
– 100% Credit on your Rental Fee is awarded when you purchase any item from the Verstolo Reserve Collection
Collection at a purchase price >= 2× your Rental Fee.
Example: Rent a necklace for $1,000, then purchase an Essentials piece priced at $2,000 or more and receive
$1,000 off.

4. Exclusions
Credit cannot be applied toward:
– Custom Jewelry Projects
– Engagement Rings
– Wedding Bands
– Any item outside the Verstolo Reserve Collection Collection
– Rent. Own. credit cannot be combined with any other promotions, discounts, or offers

5. Redemption
– Rental must be paid in full before credit can be redeemed.
– Once credit is redeemed, the rental is no longer refundable.
– Credit is issued as a one-time promotional code, redeemable in-store or via direct client support.
– Credit may be applied toward merchandise only; it cannot be used for taxes, shipping, gift wrapping, or service
fees.
– Credit is valid for 24 months from the date of rental return.
– Credit cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts, or reward programs.
– Unused credit has no cash value.
– Each item in the Verstolo Reserve is eligible for up to 50% of its value in credit, with a maximum of $2,000 to be applied.

6. Non-Transferability
– Credit is non-transferable and may not be sold, bartered, or exchanged for cash.

7. Modification & Termination
Verstolo reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program or these Terms at any time without notice.
Changes become effective upon posting at verstolo.com/terms.

8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the
state or federal courts located in New York County, NY.
